The service

TC’s OS, made by TheCriners, provides inventory, sales, listing preparation, and reporting tools for reselling businesses. During early access the app is invite-only, and features may change as we learn from pilot users. There is no checkout, no payment processing, and no public selling through the service.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your business.
• Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly at support@thecriners.com if you suspect anyone else is using your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for lawful reselling work. Don’t upload content you have no right to use, and don’t use the service to deceive buyers or marketplaces.
• Don’t attempt to access other businesses’ data, probe or disrupt the service, or automate marketplace actions the app itself deliberately leaves manual.
• Marketplace credentials stay yours: the app connects only through official read-only integrations you authorize, and never asks for your marketplace passwords.

Your data

Your business data is yours. You can export records from inside the app, and you can request deletion as described in the privacy page. We keep backups for service recovery; deleted data leaves working systems promptly and backups on rotation.

Availability and limits

• Early access means occasional downtime and rough edges; we announce changes in what’s new.
• The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties beyond what consumer law in your place of residence requires.
• AI suggestions, where enabled, are drafts for your review — you decide what ends up on a listing.
