This marketing site

• These pages are static files. They set no cookies, run no trackers, and send nothing anywhere.
• The early-access form opens your own email app with a pre-addressed message — nothing is submitted to us until you press send in your mail app.

What the service holds

When you use the TC’s OS app, the service stores what your business puts into it: inventory items and stock records, costs and sales, orders and receipts, listing drafts and statuses, reports you run, photos you upload, and your account and team membership details.

Who can see it

• Invite-only per business. Your business data is visible only to you and the people you invite to your business. It is never public, never sold, and never shared with other businesses.
• Photos stay inside your business. Item photos are visible only to your invited team.
• AI analysis, where enabled. For organizations with AI suggestions turned on, working copies of photos you choose are analyzed to produce draft suggestions — and only those. Photos are never used for training, and nothing is filled in without your review.

Marketplace connections

Where you connect a marketplace account, the app uses official read-only access to review matching records, and never changes anything on the marketplace. Connection tokens are stored sealed and are never shown back to anyone, including you.

Export and deletion

• Export: reports and records can be exported from inside the app (matching on-screen totals, printable and CSV formats).
• Deletion: to request deletion of your business data or account, email support@thecriners.com from your account email address with the business name. We confirm by reply before and after deletion.
